Hearts' Loyalty Program

By accessing or participating in Hearts Loyalty Programs, you agree to be bound by these program terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these program terms, do not participate in Hearts Loyalty Programs.

Hearts Loyalty Program is offered by Hearts Foundation Inc. (Hearts) for loyal shoppers of participating Hearts Thrift Stores and Hearts Cafes. By becoming a Hearts Loyalty Program member and participating in the benefits described below (the “Benefits”), you agree to these Program Terms, which incorporate our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your participation in Hearts Loyalty Program confirms your acceptance of these Program Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Program Terms and FAQs and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Hearts Loyalty Member program. If you do not agree to the Program Terms, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, you must stop participating in the Hearts Loyalty Program.

Eligibility

To be eligible for membership in the Hearts Loyalty Program, you must reside in the United States, be at least 16 years of age when you register and provide your zip code or postal code, along with your telephone number and email address.

We do not anticipate having to limit the number of people that can enroll in the Hearts Loyalty Program, but we reserve the right to do so. There are no membership fees associated with the Hearts Loyalty Program at this time.

Joining the Hearts Loyalty Program

While in a participating Hearts Thrift Store or Hearts Cafe, ask a team member, cashier or manager to assist you in registering for the Hearts Loyalty Program at the cash register. The team member, cashier or manager may request some of your personal information for registration. Your zip code/postal code, telephone number and email address are required to join the Hearts Loyalty Program.

Privacy

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we may collect, use and disclose information about and how we communicate with our customers, including our Hearts Loyalty Program members.

Hearts Loyalty Program “Benefits”

Notifications:

As a registered member of the Hearts Loyalty Program, you may receive notifications of the following:

• Sale and discount days ***
• Exclusive coupon offers ***
• Special events, such as Pre-Sales and Grand Openings
• E-newsletters and exclusive online content & contests

*** Some discounts, sales and offers may not be combined; see the notification email or signage and other written materials in store for details.

See the Privacy Policy for information on how we use your email address, mobile telephone number and/or other Personal Information you provide, and how to opt out of receiving future notifications.

Earning Points and Rewards:

In addition to receiving notice of sales, discounts and the other Benefits described above, Hearts Loyalty Program members earn points when they shop at Hearts Thrift Stores and Hearts Cafe by entering their telephone number or email address at the cash register, with points redeemable for special Hearts Loyalty Program Rewards, as described below.

• Earn ten points for every eligible dollar spent
• When 1,000 points are earned, they are automatically converted into a 20% off Reward

  redeemable for 20% off a future purchase*

• Rewards expire 30 days from the date they are earned
• No limit to the Rewards that can be earned
• View your current points balance at the bottom of your receipt
• Receive 20% off a single purchase the month of your birthday
• Spontaneous Offers: Members may receive email notification of exclusive or special offers which are limited time offers and can only be redeemed during designated time frame. We may make certain offers available only while supplies last.
• Other Benefits may include Special Events, E-newsletters, Exclusive Online Content & Contents.

*Points and rewards balances can be delayed up to 24 hours.

Points earned through the Hearts Loyalty Program have no dollar value and may not be redeemed for cash. Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity.

Changes to the Hearts Loyalty Program Terms or Benefits

We have the right at any time to:

• End the Hearts Loyalty Program and/or any specific Benefit;
• Change any Hearts Loyalty Program Benefit we offer;
• Change the requirements for receiving or earning a particular Benefit;
• Change the time you have in which to redeem a particular Benefit; and
• Change any other feature of the Hearts Loyalty Program.

If we decide to materially change or terminate the Hearts Loyalty Program or a specific Benefit, we will provide you notice before the change or termination takes effect by emailing you at the email address. You do not acquire any property interest in any of the Benefits and they have no cash value. Upon termination of the Hearts Loyalty Program or a specific Benefit, unused offers will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation except as required by law.

We may elect to revise these Program Terms as needed from time to time and, if we make a material change, we will provide you with notice, and the revised Program Terms will automatically be applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that when you enroll and participate in the Hearts Loyalty Program you are agreeing to waive your rights under any law that may require us to obtain judicial permission to change these Program Terms or to end the program.

If applicable law prohibits us from offering the Hearts Loyalty Program to you, then you may not participate in that program. If applicable law prohibits us from offering you a feature of the Hearts Loyalty Program, then we may either decline to offer you that feature of the program or remove you from the program.

Restrictions

Each member of the Hearts Loyalty Program must have a separate account with a valid and unique email address and telephone number. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or other Hearts Loyalty Program members. Hearts employees may participate in the Hearts Loyalty Program, but may not combine any program discount or offer with any other discounts including employee discounts.

You may cancel your Hearts Loyalty Program membership. To cancel your membership, ask the cashier at any Hearts Thrift Stores or Hearts Cafe to be removed from the program. For Hearts Loyalty Program members, cancellation of your membership will invalidate any unused Rewards.

We may cancel your Hearts Loyalty Program membership if we determine that you are not eligible to be a member of the Hearts Loyalty Program or that you have violated these Program Terms, the Terms of Use, or our Privacy Policy. We may cancel some or all of your offers if we determine that you received the offers due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized by these Program Terms.
