Donate your "gently used" clothing or ask your church, company, school or other organization to host a clothing drive. Clothing and shoes are always needed for men, women and children. Small household items are also needed. Here you can find a complete list of what you can donate to support our clients. We have placed donation bins at various locations throughout WNY. Stocking our Mobile Soup Kitchen and Hearts Harvest Food Pantry takes a lot of non-perishable goods. Either donate food individually or ask your church, company, school or other organization to host a food drive for Hearts for the Homeless®. Please call our office, (716) 877-3536, for a comprehensive list of our most needed food items.
Give Online
A simple way to give back to the community is a monetary donation, made online. Your donation will help fund our Mobile Soup Kitchen as well as our newest community project, Hearts Harvest Pantry and Café. Your financial donation directly impacts the clients we serve and allows us to carry out our mission of feeding and clothing “the least of these.” You can donate with a credit card online or email us to donate with your PayPal account.
Give Through Your Employer
A variety of employers support Hearts for the Homeless® through payroll deductions. In fact, some companies will even match your charitable donation. You can give to Hearts in a one-time or recurring donation by automatically deducting the amount through your paycheck. Supporting Hearts for the Homeless® in this way is quick and easy; your recurring support makes a large impact on those in need. Check with your employer and H.R. Department to see if they participate.

Host a Fundraiser
Whether you are donating clothes for our Hearts Thrift Shop or food to support our Mobile Soup Kitchen & Hearts Harvest Food Pantry, donations are a great way to show support for our mission. If you would like to host a fundraiser, please contact our office, 716-877-3536, for a list of urgent food items or with any other fundraiser inquiries. All of the proceeds go to Hearts for the Homeless®.
Volunteer
Hearts for the Homeless relies on volunteers to help us carry out our programs. Over the years, hundreds of volunteers have come through our doors. Our volunteers are men and women from diverse backgrounds with hearts to serve who give their free time to help in our Hearts Thrift Shop, as well as serve the hungry through our Mobile Soup Kitchen.
