Paid Time Off (FT) and Sick Leave

We offer a generous PTO policy to full time (FT) employees. Whether you are full-time or part-time, we offer NYS paid sick leave to help you prioritize your health and well-being. This benefit is particularly useful for per-diem and temporary employees who are not eligible for paid time off. Feel confident in your ability to thrive both inside and outside of the workplace.

Paid Family Leave (NYS PFL)

All non outreach positions are fully funded through our textile recycling and thrift store programs; financial contributions to Hearts support our outreach programs and ministry operations.
