WHAT WE DO & WHY WE EXiST
Hearts for the Homeless® is a non-profit organization that clothes and feeds the chronic homeless, poor, and those in need. Characterized by a profound spiritual motivation to share the Word of God, the program offers nourishing food, as well as clothing, pertinent information regarding area services, companionship and hope for the future.
For the over 30 vears, Hearts for the Homeless® has been working in the community to feed the poor and homeless on the street. From the first motor home and rented offices in 1990 to the purchase and construction of a second building on Ionawanda Street. Hearts has been dedicated to our mission in Western New York, characterized by a profound spiritual motivation.
DONATE
Donations of food, clothing and household items, as well as monetary gifts are used to support the mission.
NEW LIFE FOR OLD THINGS
Hearts Thrift Shop strives to offer the best quality merchandise at the most affordable prices. Proceeds from purchases are used to fund our ministry programs.
PROVIDE MEALS
Hearts for the Homeless® mobile soup kitchen offers nourishing food and companionship to the less fortunate 5 nights a week, 52 weeks a year.
SUPPLY PROVISIONS
Hearts for the Homeless® provides groceries and other items to those in need.
