Epic Church Buffalo Serves with Hearts

On Saturday August 9th, Hearts had the honor of being one of several organizations around Western New York who benefitted from Epic Church Buffalo's Serve Day.

This awesome team of seven showed their love of the community by being the hands and feet of Jesus in Riverside! They served in our Thrift Store at 890 Tonawanda Street and worked diligently alongside our staff to sort through the community donations. The team sorted through media, clothing, and shoes and even helped us get the merchandise onto the sales floor.

The shelves of the store were fully stocked thanks to the team from Epic Church where the proceeds from the sales in the thrift store go to benefit our feeding programs to the community.

Our Retail Manager who spent the day working with this team said that they were engaging, down-to-earth, friendly, and hard workers!
