End of Year Giving

What Is “End Of Year Giving”?

This time of year, many find themselves reflecting on the occurrences of the past several months. They look for the successes and challenges of the past year, and also take time to conduct a personal inventory of what and whom they are grateful for. In years such as this past one, filled with struggles on both personal and global scales, personal reflections may also include the desire to find a way to wrap up the year on a positive note by taking the opportunity to help those who may be struggling or by donating to a cause that has helped so many others. End of Year Giving is the perfect opportunity to make such impacts.”

This Year Has Been Tight, I Don’t Think I Can Give Back This Season

End Of Year Giving is so much more than just opening your wallet and giving money to an organization of your choice. Rather, it can also be about helping those in your local community. Hearts offers the opportunity to directly help those in need through our volunteer programs. Donations don’t need to be monetary to make an impact; in fact, we are always in need of donatable items that can provide comfort and ease some of the burdens of those experiencing homelessness or financial difficulties.

Holiday Food Drives

As the nights draw colder and the season of giving approaches, Hearts has food drives planned, aimed at providing nutritious meals for the holidays for those experiencing need.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Thanksgiving is a holiday known for its signature feast, but not everyone can afford to celebrate the holiday in that fashion. Help feed a family this Thanksgiving by donating classic food items. On the 9th and 22nd, we will be distributing your sponsored meal along with a turkey for families in need. By sponsoring a family, you can make their holiday season a little brighter.
